 The structure is composed of hot-galvanized steel elements, bolted and welded for greater strength. The components all have circular sections with diameters designed and certified to increase their strength and improve their aesthetic impact. The roofing component is conceived for easy release of the sheeting and rolling the same on the bearing shaft. This not only makes it easy to put the sheeting away but also means that it does not take up space with warehouse problems, especially for companies. The structure is welded to a square plate for subsequent anchorage to the ground. Our vertically folding Rapid Fold-up Doors have a bearing structure in galvanized steel complete with 3-phase 380V motor with electric brake and high-precision rotary limit switch unit. The covering sheet, in PVC-coated polyester fabric weighing 850 g./sq.m, is available in colours selected by the customer by RAL code. It is self-extinguishing in class 2 and reinforced internally with metal tubes at the points of greatest wear. Rows of transparent windows can be included in the structure to provide greater luminosity inside. The installation includes a multipurpose electronic board, opening and closing buttons, photocells and flashing light. Other accessories such as remote controls and other technical
specifications can be supplied on request.
